In his keynote address to the British Dental Conference and Exhibition BDA Chair Mick Armstrong called on members of the profession to take pride in their achievements and set out their remarkable contribution to UK healthcare. He said: “Dentists are changing lives and improving health, because it's what we do, and no one else is doing it for us.”
Coca-Cola has quietly cut the sugar content of some of its biggest brands, including Sprite, Fanta and Dr Pepper, without sales being affected, according to the company’s chief executive. Some residents must travel more than 70 miles to find one of the few practices in neighbouring Devon that are still taking on patients.
