A former BUPA Dental Care practice manager has escaped a prison sentence after admitting carrying out a £60,000 fraud against her employers.
North Wales Live reported that Jennifer Christine Locke was given a suspended two-year gaol sentence after Caernarfon Crown Court heard that the 33-year-old had carried out a ‘sophisticated crime’ between September 2018 and July 2020.

Leo Briggs, deputy head of the DDU commented: “Working practices have dramatically changed during the pandemic and it is good that the majority of patients have been understanding.”

In a New Year message to members BDA Chair, Eddie Crouch has called on dentists to share their experiences of the new lockdown with the MPs and ‘help us make a compelling case to government.’ He also asked dentists to write to their MPs calling for an end to the new UDA targets and an end to official ambiguity over ‘key worker’ status.
