Reward campaign judged a success

Patient Plan Direct has announced that its Rebate Reward campaign that ran from April to June has helped incentivise many of its client’s front of house staff to promote patients to join their dental plan and benefit from preventative dentistry. Practices that qualified for a reward have received their cheques.
Patient Plan Direct says that in many practices, although the dentist can discuss a dental plan with their patients and highlight the benefits of joining the practice’s dental plan, it’s often the team members on reception who are in the best position to promote the plan and take care of signing up new patients.
Therefore, the goal of the Rebate Reward campaign was to reward these people that play such a significant role in helping a practice grow its plan base. For every new patient that joined a practice’s dental plan between April and June, Patient Plan Direct rebated 50 per cent (£4.00) of its standard £8 registration fee to our practices to put towards a team experience or reward. Patient Plan Direct says they have found the response to the campaign to be ‘phenomenal’. Practices are spending their rewards in a variety of ways, the most popular being pie and curry nights! Others included away days such as paint balling.
Simon Reynolds, commercial director of Patient Plan Direct, commented: “The Rebate Reward campaign was a great growth initiative for practices that work with us to grow their dental plan base by offering staff an added incentive to promote their plan whilst ensuring more patients benefit from preventative dentistry and that practices benefit from increased patient loyalty”.
