Polling Day: several dentists stand for election

Several dentists are standing for election to Parliament in the General Election today. GDPUK wishes them all luck.

Sir Paul Beresford, well known as a dentist and Conservative MP, has a safe seat in Mole Valley. Three other dental colleagues are standing too.

Dentist Howard Koch works in Hemel Hempstead and is standing for election in his town, for UKIP. Also standing for UKIP in Hendon, north London, is Raymond Shamash.

Best known to GDPUK readers is Pramod Subbaraman, who works as an associate in Stirling, is standing as a LibDem candidate in Edinburgh South where five years ago, the Lib Dem colleague was second in the poll. Thousands of GDPUK readers have been following Pramod's story
